Since filling our first barrel in the Spring of 2016, our goal has been to resurrect the lost art of small batch whiskey production that was prevalent in the hills of middle Tennessee from its earliest founding. We are committed to employing age-old techniques that are reminiscent of Pre-Prohibition style whiskeys of a bygone era, bringing you unique whiskey profiles you won’t find anywhere else in the world.
